Friends of Winehouse, who was hospitalized last weekend with a chest infection, has damaged her voice through partying and may never record another album.
Record bosses allegedly claim work on the follow-up to her award-winning “Back to Black” album is “going slower than hoped” because of her health problems.
However a spokesperson for the star insisted there was no need to worry.
“Amy isn’t on a deadline with her album,” he said. “She’s in and out of the studio working. Amy’s fine.”
