Living it up in South Africa, Chelsy Davy was spotted goofing around on a balcony this past Friday afternoon (March 12).
The Zimbabwean native showed off some dance moves while having a cigarette as the paparazzi snapped up pics from afar.And though they called it quits back in late 2007, there’s plenty of speculation that Chelsy and her Royal ex-boyfriend Prince Harry are still seeing each other.
